Refurbishment – We will put together a fully detailed proposal setting including, schedule of works, costs and a full programme which is presented to you for review.

Design – Our design team work closely with you to optimise and transform your space .

Experience – Using our experience and knowledge of the market we will find ways of saving you money where we can – without compromising on quality. If possible using any existing fittings and fixtures to save money and also reduce your environmental impact.

Delivery – We work on many occupied premises and are aware of the ongoing needs of the building user. We work around you and others to ensure that the minimal amount of disturbance.

Aftercare – Once the project is finished we offer our support until you are completely satisfied.

Keeping up with the trends

One of the more recent design ideas has found us moving away from traditional canteen areas, these are now being replaced by social spaces which are becoming a key feature in many of our refurbishment projects. These “third spaces” are much more fun and flexible, they are designed to be multifunctional and can be used for informal meetings, one-to-ones, working away from the desk and dining.
